1. Create folder "colorschemes"

C:\Program Files\Geany\colorschemes

2. Put this file, "steampunk.conf"

3. Go to menu ⇒ View ⇒ Change Color Scheme ⇒ Select Steampunk or other dark color scheme

4. Find this folder, or create one

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\gtk-3.0

5. Put this file, "gtk.css"

It is not the greatest dark theme, but it's dark. :-) Find better one and use that.

Sumatra PDF reader Dark Mode

For PDF viewers, Sumatra PDF is free and I prefer this over Adobe PDF viewer since it is light and provides more screen space.  It's just a viewer, so it can't be used to sign or update any form-PDFs, however, it's good for reading.  Get Sumatra PDF from here, https://www.snapfiles.com/get/sumatrapdf.html

3. This will open configuration file.  Find FixedPage UI section and change/add:
